The four-person apartment had an awkward layout with cramped bedroom space and heavy sash windows that lacked counterweights, posing safety risks when opened. There were foul odors from the shower drains and an intrusive presence from smokers in the courtyard at night. Both the master room's wash basin and the shower in the bathroom were clogged, leading to pooling water. The kettle had visible dirt inside, making it unsanitary for use, and the coffee machine went uncleaned. Additional issues included insufficient operation of the water heater and heating throughout the stay, along with early morning noise from scaffolding work outside the window.

Had a decent stay here. The staff were heaps friendly and the location was solid, but the stairs were a killer for our bags, eh?
